Dry Cleaning?

Dry cleaning is a professional garment care process that removes stains and dirt from fabrics using a liquid solution instead of water. It's ideal for delicate materials like wool, silk, and suits that can be damaged by traditional washing. At Lapels, we exclusively use the GreenEarth® Cleaning system—a gentle, non-toxic silicone-based solution that's safer for your clothes, your skin, and the environment. Unlike conventional dry cleaning, there are no harsh chemicals or strong odors, just soft, clean garments returned looking their best.

1. Inspection & Tagging

Each garment is carefully inspected for stains, fabric type, and care requirements. We tag each item to ensure it's tracked, cleaned, and returned with care and accuracy.

2. Cleaning Process

During dry cleaning, clothes are placed in a special machine that uses a gentle cleaning solution instead of water. The solution circulates through the fabrics to lift away dirt and stains, while protecting delicate fibers from shrinking, stretching, or fading.

3. Finishing & Packaging

After cleaning, garments are steamed or pressed to restore their shape and appearance. Final quality checks are completed before items are carefully packaged and ready for pickup or delivery.

In college station for training, needed clothes washed and the hotel I was staying at had some junky machines that charged 3.00$ for a wash and another 3$ for a dry, which is not the point, however I decided to come here to get it done, I was immediately met and greeted, by the staff and the owner of this location. Very amazing experience, the machines are super quick and clean, the units I used washed and dried a load of clothes less than an hr. Trust me my clothes were dirty from being at the training facility.

Absolutely love Lapels Laundromat! This is a luxury facility with modern, high-tech machines and the fantastic convenience of being totally cashless. Seriously, laundry day is a breeze here. Not only is the place spotlessly clean, but the extra amenities, like the TV and vending machines, genuinely make the experience better while you wait. The friendly staff deserves a special shout-out—they were extremely courteous and professional. I can't recommend this place enough! This is by far the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. I love that they send text updates when your laundry is ready—it makes the whole process so convenient. I originally started using them for oversized items that wouldn't fit in our home washing machine, and the experience was so great that we now use their pickup and drop-off service for our business as well. Their turnaround time is always fast, and the staff is incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. Being family-owned and operated really shows in the level of care they put into their work and customer service. I have nothing but great things to say about this business and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality laundry services!
