Dry Cleaning?

Dry cleaning is a professional garment care process that removes stains and dirt from fabrics using a liquid solution instead of water. It's ideal for delicate materials like wool, silk, and suits that can be damaged by traditional washing. At Lapels, we exclusively use the GreenEarth® Cleaning system—a gentle, non-toxic silicone-based solution that's safer for your clothes, your skin, and the environment. Unlike conventional dry cleaning, there are no harsh chemicals or strong odors, just soft, clean garments returned looking their best.

1. Inspection & Tagging

Each garment is carefully inspected for stains, fabric type, and care requirements. We tag each item to ensure it's tracked, cleaned, and returned with care and accuracy.

2. Cleaning Process

During dry cleaning, clothes are placed in a special machine that uses a gentle cleaning solution instead of water. The solution circulates through the fabrics to lift away dirt and stains, while protecting delicate fibers from shrinking, stretching, or fading.

3. Finishing & Packaging

After cleaning, garments are steamed or pressed to restore their shape and appearance. Final quality checks are completed before items are carefully packaged and ready for pickup or delivery.

Lightning fast service. Had my sports jackets for Church ready SAME DAY, although I was told they’d be ready in a few days. It’s been my experience having quick service from Lapels, but this was outstanding. Coupon clipping was great. Sign up for emails, get a coupon, activate the coupon in your email and go to the store. It’s automatically applied to your order. Will be returning for all my heavy-duty cleaning needs on my Church attire. It’s not the cheapest in town, but the service and quality of the cleaning is on par with the cost. The coupons help quite a bit, so I highly recommend signing up for their email flyers.
