About The Owners
John Sullivan and Richard Vazza have joined forces to bring the Lapels Laundromat model to the Greater Boston market. Lifelong friends and graduates of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, John and Richard combine decades of experience in business, real estate, and customer service to launch this new concept in convenient, tech-driven laundry care.
Richard Vazza served as President of Vazza Properties, Inc., a family-owned real estate development firm responsible for over 4 million square feet of commercial, retail, and industrial space, along with more than 3,000 residential units. A Boston College alumnus and Harvard University Graduate School of Design certificate holder, Richard brings deep expertise in development and operations to the Lapels Laundromat brand.
John Sullivan, founder and owner of Sullivan Brothers Auto Mall, has been a fixture in Boston's South Shore automotive market for more than 35 years. His dealerships have earned top honors including the Nissan Award of Excellence and Toyota Presidents Award for customer satisfaction and performance. A Boston College graduate and NADA Dealer Academy alum, John brings a proven commitment to quality and customer experience to Lapels Laundromat of East Boston.
