He even suggested that my order would likely be finished before the usual projected date. Sure enough, I got a notification the next day that my items were ready. When I went to pick them up, the same gentleman that helped me at drop off remembered who I was and greeted me by name. As someone who works in the service industry, it's always nice to be on the receiving end of outstanding service. Lapels was definitely a top notch great experience!

I was really hoping to give a great review this time since my last experience was not very pleasant.I called yesterday morning to schedule a pick up I was told it would have to be Thursday morning around 10ish, I said no problem. Well it’s Thursday 4pm I called to get an eta the young man said I don’t know let me ask my boss he makes those decisions. The boss said we can pick your clothes up on Friday morning 👀👀 This place has so much potential I just wish they would at least follow up with a courtesy call if they simply can’t make the delivery or drop off date. I will no longer do service with this company😢
