After searching Google for a dry cleaner with the best reviews, Lapels was chosen....and they didn't disappoint. The gentleman at the front counter gave great service. He even suggested that my order would likely be finished before the usual projected date. Sure enough, I got a notification the next day that my items were ready. When I went to pick them up, the same gentleman that helped me at drop off remembered who I was and greeted me by name. As someone who works in the service industry, it's always nice to be on the receiving end of outstanding service. Lapels was definitely a top notch great experience!

I was really hoping to give a great review this time since my last experience was not very pleasant.I called yesterday morning to schedule a pick up I was told it would have to be Thursday morning around 10ish, I said no problem. Well it’s Thursday 4pm I called to get an eta the young man said I don’t know let me ask my boss he makes those decisions. The boss said we can pick your clothes up on Friday morning 👀👀 This place has so much potential I just wish they would at least follow up with a courtesy call if they simply can’t make the delivery or drop off date. I will no longer do service with this company😢
